• Housemade quiche with swiss chard, goats milk feta, caramelized onion and dressed greens

• Housemade everything bagel with whipped cream cheese, cured gravlax, fried capers, red onion and pickled things

• Housemade carrot brioche french toast with walnuts, creme fraiche and maple butter

• Lobster benedict on housemade english muffins with hollandaise, poached egg and lemon dressed greens

• Open faced slow roasted leg of lamb sandwich on housemade flatbread with sunny side up farm egg, garlic labneh and sunflower shoots

Easter Dinner dishes served from 10am to 6:30pm

• New England or Rhode Island Style Quahog Chowder

• Farm Greens Salad

• Mussels in coconut lemongrass broth

• Coconut curry carrot soup with basil, chili oil and spring onion

• Parchment baked Stonington scallops with fermented ghee, lemon, sesame and nasturtium

• Lamb tartare with housemade rye toast, spring greens, fresh horseradish, dill skyr

• Confit rabbit pappardelle with white wine, herbs, ricotta, parmigiano reggiano and oyster mushrooms 

• Housemade lamb merguez with roasted parsnip puree, spring green chermoula and mustard greens

• Pan roasted tofu with chickpea hummus, roasted boccoli rabe, harissa spice and labneh

• Seared Stonington scallops with stewed white flageolet beans and ramp gremolata

• Pan roasted halibut with a ginger dashi, nasturtium, chili oil and roasted mushrooms

• Slow roasted prime ribeye with scalloped potatoes and a salad of cured kale and a slow roasted bacon vinaigrette
